The Westray back office heroes!

Last week, we introduced four of our Back Office staff, and told you a little more about them.

We truly believe that by valuing our team members, it makes the whole team more effective. Even if some of the members of the team are a little adverse to the limelight, they deserve to be recognised for the incredible work they do.

Sometimes, it may appear that they are indeed, forgotten, but the work they do is essential to our company moving forward. Across all four people mentioned last week, there is a combined experience of nearly 47 years, which is an incredibly long time!

Just by acknowledging the team, and learning a small amount about them we get to show what a fantastically skilled group of people we have running the background operation!
