Successful training partnership boosts employment figures

Westray Recruitment Consultants has entered into a new partnership with leading engineering and manufacturing training provider Sora Group.

Operating across two training divisions, Sora Consulting and Sora Services, the company provide training to assist in improving workforce standards, delivering learning and assessments to Manufacturing staff, Maintenance staff, Team Leaders and those in Supervisory positions. On the conclusion of each educational assessment, participants are awarded an accredited qualification at Level 2, 3, or 4.

The recent industry specific training course delivered by a Sora ‘Change Agent’ in the Westray Recruitment training and development suite, offered attendees the opportunity to obtain a lean manufacturing qualification and provided them with the information that helped demystify the language, tools and techniques commonly used in the sector.

Following the successful completion of the course by the attendees, the Industrial and Manufacturing division at Westray Recruitment Consultants successfully placed a number of the participants in manufacturing roles within the prestigious Westray Recruitment Consultants client pool.
