Via a comprehensive programme of talent attraction and assessment against the brief, Katie introduced a high-quality shortlist along with personal introductions, surrounding the team fit of each candidate based on Katie’s meetings with each. Ultimately filling the role, Katie’s relationship with the business has gone from strength to strength, filling roles in sales to customer service and marketing to finance.
