Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, you will join the Customer Care team where your primary focus will be to provide excellent customer service based around processing customer orders, with a clear focus on satisfying and exceeding customer expectations.

You will work effectively as part of the team to support an orderly and disciplined working environment.

Having recently implemented a new SAP system across the business, any prior knowledge of SAP will be highly advantageous.

Alternatively, you will be able to learn new systems quickly, to enable a swift and efficient start to the role.

On a daily basis, your duties will include:

  • Taking ownership of customer orders
  • Building strong and lasting customer relationships
  • Wider administration related to customer care
  • Aiming to find timely and effective resolutions to customer queries; directing requests and unresolved issues and escalating as required
  • Keeping customers informed of progress at every stage of the process
  • Supporting the Customer Care Team to establish best practice and ensure agreed ways of working are maintained
  • Working closely with key stakeholders throughout the business
  • Commercial and Financial awareness would be an advantage
  • Ad hoc project work



  • You must be educated to A Level as a minimum
  • You will carry experience in an administrative role with a focus on customer service
  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • You will be motivated by team working and problem solving


  • SAP experience
  • An ability to speak a second language


You will receive an initial annual salary of between £23,500 and £28,000, depending on experience.


This is a permanent, full-time position, whereby you will work 9am until 5pm (Monday to Thursday) and 9am until 3pm on a Friday.

You will benefit from 26 days’ annual leave, as well as a company pension scheme and onsite parking.
