THE OPPORTUNITY

The role of Booking Manager will give you responsibility for managing and running a small team in the heating sector, ensuring all contracts are serviced to the best possible level. This is a chance for you to join a well-established North East Employer as one of their team managers due to continued growth on a temporary-to-permanent contract. You will bring your management experience to effectively lead the team whilst also being hands-on and setting an example.

YOUR DUTIES

Ultimately, you will be assisting and guiding a small, close-knit team of Customer Booking Agents on a daily basis, taking ownership in your role. Importantly, you will be able to react quickly in a fast-paced environment, ensuring client and company SLA’s are adhered to. Your administration skills will be second-to-none and you will be committed to ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

Your duties will include:

· Supporting service and repair contracts

· Managing the booking of appointments with customers and engineers

· Planning and routing service calls and filling engineer’s diaries, developing excellent working relationships

· Assisting the team with queries they receive and supporting them with the management of engineer’s diaries

· Taking calls and email requests from clients and customers for jobs

· Ensuring the team are accurately updating all client portals throughout the process

· Running daily reports

· Completing 121’s with the team

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

Salary of up to £25K DOE

Full time hours Monday to Friday, although overtime is readily available.

Hybrid working

30 days holiday (including bank holidays)

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To be considered for the Booking Manager role you will:

· Carry experience of leading a small team

· Be an excellent administrator and committed to delivering the highest standard of customer service

· Be happy to be hands on, whilst guiding a team

· Be confident making decisions and driving a team towards results

· Carry exceptional planning and organisation skills

· Be competent using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

· Be able to work from head office (with the potential for some home working longer term)
