Our client is an award winning, technology led business, specialising in the distribution of high quality, state of the art, bathroom products.

Part of a global group, this business is continually innovating and improving and has five patented technologies to its name, all with the purpose of delivering a sustainable product that’s built to deliver water saving.

Whilst part of a global group, the business in the UK has a real family feel to it and they are therefore looking for someone that would thrive in this environment and culture.


The role will entail developing new business with builders merchants and some major retailers (such as Screwfix) selling in the businesses two market leading brands.

Duties will include:

  • Arranging strategic meetings with decision makers and building relationships with accounts, to understand both short and long term requirements
  • Sourcing own leads and making own appointments, however, you will also be given a number of accounts to get your teeth in to and get you started
  • Strategically planning both your time and day, as you will be required to undertake a minimum of 3 appointments per day
  • Producing weekly and monthly reports on activity, forecasts and pipeline etc
  • Meeting with the Field Sales Manager on a regular basis
  • Tasks are all business to business, you will not be selling to the end user.


Experience within the bathroom industry would be ideal, however, this is not essential as full product training will be given.

You must however have worked in a sales role previously and be used to building and developing relationships with key decision makers.

It would be a bonus if you enjoy working autonomously, taking responsibilty for the structure of your day and the results you achieve
