Why do I like recruitment?

I like building relationships and the feeling of helping people find work is second to none.

Why do I love working at Westray?

I love working at Westray because of the team. Everyone helps out when there is a tight deadline or if someone is struggling. It is great to work at a family business with everyone pulling in the same direction and although we work hard I wouldn't change a thing.
