Do you need to have experience in the recruitment industry? No is the answer. Some of the most talented people in recruitment come from manufacturing, HR, technical or engineering backgrounds. However, we do request that you are educated to degree level or equivalent and have experience within the workplace. Sales ability will be beneficial but not essential as we will provide you with training. We ask that you are not afraid to pick up the phone to speak to current and prospective clients.
