Glen Forster

Industrial Contracts Manager

LinkedIn QR Code You’ll struggle to find anyone who puts in more hours into the business than Glen. When asked when he last went to bed, he said it was sometime in November 2002 – just before he joined Westray Recruitment Consultants. Stephen Farrell

Marketing Manager

the Westray Recruitment Consultants brand. Stephen began life working for a destination marketing agency, to support the drive to bring tourists to our wonderful region. He then joined the biggest regional newspaper publisher in the UK where he led consumer marketing activity. When he isn’t thinking of effective and innovative ways to develop our brand, Stephen is a keen football fan who contributes to fanzines and runs a weekly blog on The Journal’s website. Shamelessly, he is a fan of WWE which provides the office with much ribbing material. His journey into work mainly consists of listening to the musings of Karl Pilkington – although this isn’t a reflection on Stephen’s mentality. Honest!
