We are passionate about what we do and how we do it. We want you to have total confidence in us. As a result, we ensure that we are always one step ahead when it comes to compliance and accreditations.
REC
We are proud to say that we are one of the few recruitment consultancies nationally to have been audited and accredited by the Recruitment & Employment Confederation. The REC is the largest trade body within the recruitment industry, and although most consultancies and agencies are REC members, not many are "REC Audited". All agencies that display an REC logo have signed up to the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice. However, only "REC Audited" agencies have been independently audited by a professional body to ensure that they comply with industry legislation and with the REC Code of Good Recruitment Practice. We volunteered to be audited as soon as the opportunity arose. We are now audited every two years, proving we are fully compliant with industry regulations and best practice.
ISO 9001
Quality is of paramount importance to us and ISO 9001 is the ultimate global benchmark for quality management. We have the ISO 9001 accreditation which gives us the framework to monitor and improve our performance in every area of our business.
ALP
We are a member of the Association of Labour Providers who are a trade body, whose mission it is to raise the standard of UK labour provision.
GLA
We have a Gangmasters Licensing certificate which enables us to supply personnel to the food industry. This can be verified by visiting the GLA website here.
Data Protection
