North East recruitment agency Westray Recruitment Consultants Ltd, which provides both permanent and temporary staff, has been awarded the Recruitment and Employment Confederation’s (REC) highest honour - Audited status.
Westray Recruitment Consultants attained Audited Status for demonstrating its compliance in offering the best possible service through abiding by industry regulations.
Audited is a standard recognised throughout the recruitment industry. In attaining this standard, Westray Recruitment Consultants met all requirements in ten key areas, such as Policy and Certification requirements, Work Seeker Registration, Work Seeking Services, Work Seekers from outside the UK, Terms of Engagement for Temporary Workers, Payments to and from the Worker, Initial contact with Clients, Client Terms of Business, Record Keeping and Data Storage and Advertising.
As well as attaining Audited status, Westray Recruitment Consultants was also issued with its Gangmaster Licence which allows the agency to supply labour into both the agricultural and food production sectors.
